The Avalon Cup Promotion ("Promotion") is valid for all Avalon Broker customers, a brand operated by Direct Response Angels Marketing Corp. (Nevis), who fully comply with the requirements of these rules during the promotional period, from June 15 to July 13, 2026 ("Promotional Period").
1. Eligibility
1.1. Customers registered on the Avalon Broker platform who make eligible deposits during the Promotional Period, under the terms below, may participate.
1.2. It is mandatory to have a full name registered on the platform. Customers without a registered name or with incomplete or invalid registration will be disqualified.
1.3. Participation is subject to compliance with any verification, validation, and anti-fraud requirements applicable on the platform.
1.4. Participation is null and void for residents of jurisdictions where the platform's services are restricted, prohibited by local law, or require specific regulatory registration.
2. Participation Mechanics (Tickets)
2.1. To participate, customers must make minimum deposits of US$20.00 (or equivalent in another currency) during the Promotional Period.
2.2. For every US$20.00 deposited, the customer receives 1 (one) ticket to enter the giveaway drawing.
2.3. Customers with VIP status, according to criteria defined by Avalon Broker on the platform itself, will receive 2 (two) tickets for every US$20.00 deposited.
2.4. Fractional deposits may be added together for ticket purposes, provided they total multiples of US$20.00 during the Promotional Period, according to the platform's internal accounting rules.
2.5. Tickets are valid for deposits made by July 13, 2026, at 5:00 PM (Brasilia Time).
3. How to Become a VIP Trader
3.1. To activate VIP status, the customer must accumulate deposits of US$250.00 within a 30-day period.
3.2. To maintain VIP status, the customer must deposit at least US$166.00 per month.
3.3. VIP status is automatically assigned by the platform upon meeting the above criteria, with no request required.
4. Prize
4.1. The Promotion prize is a 65-inch 4K television with QLED technology ("Prize").
4.2. The Prize will be physically delivered to the winner, subject to logistical availability at the registered residential address.
4.3. If physical delivery is not feasible for logistical or operational reasons, Avalon Broker may, at its discretion, substitute the Prize with its equivalent monetary value, credited directly to the winner's platform account or through another method agreed upon by both parties.
4.4. The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be converted at the participant's request.
5. Drawing and Verification
5.1. The drawing will be conducted randomly and transparently, considering only participants who meet all the requirements of these rules.
5.2. The drawing will take place on July 13, 2026, at 7:00 PM (Brasilia Time), live on Clube do Trading.
5.3. Before confirming the winner, Avalon Broker reserves the right to verify: (i) the validity of deposits; (ii) VIP status, when applicable; and (iii) registration compliance, including registered full name.
6. Winner Notification and Response Deadline
6.1. The winner will be informed directly through Avalon Broker's official channels (e.g., email, platform, phone, registered WhatsApp, etc.).
6.2. The winner must respond and provide the information requested for Prize validation and redemption within 10 (ten) calendar days from the first official contact.
6.3. Failure to respond within 10 days will result in disqualification, and Avalon Broker may conduct a new drawing to determine another eligible participant.
7. Deposits and Withdrawals During the Promotion
7.1. Deposits made during the Promotional Period are free for use and withdrawal at any time, with no mandatory link to participation in the Promotion, subject to the platform's general rules.
8. Disqualification and Prohibited Conduct
8.1. A participant will be disqualified if they: (i) do not have a full name registered on the platform or have invalid or incomplete registration; (ii) do not comply with the deposit and ticket rules set forth in these regulations; (iii) use fraudulent or abusive practices, multiple irregular registrations, attempt to manipulate the drawing, or violate any platform rules; (iv) fail to provide the information necessary for Prize validation within the requested deadline; or (v) fail to respond within 10 (ten) calendar days after official contact, as provided in clause 6.
9. Changes, Suspension, or Cancellation
9.1. Avalon Broker may suspend, change, or cancel the Promotion for operational, legal, regulatory, or force majeure reasons, without prior notice, communicating updates through its official channels when applicable.
9.2. In the event of a change, the rules published and in force on Avalon Broker's official channels shall apply.
10. Acceptance
10.1. By participating in the Promotion, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
