The COPA100K Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid for all Avalon Broker customers, a brand operated by Direct Response Angels Marketing Corp. (Nevis), who fully comply with the requirements of these rules during the promotional period, from March 6, 2026 to June 8, 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
1) Eligibility
1.1. Customers registered on the Avalon Broker platform who make eligible deposits during the Promotional Period, under the terms below, may participate.
1.2. It is mandatory to have a full name registered on the platform. Customers without a registered name and/or with incomplete/invalid registration will be disqualified.
1.3. Participation is subject to compliance with any verification/validation and anti-fraud requirements applicable on the platform.
1.4. Participation is null and void for residents of jurisdictions where the platform’s services are restricted, prohibited by local law, or require specific regulatory registration.
2) Participation mechanics (tickets)
2.1. To participate, it is necessary to make minimum deposits of US$20.00 (or the equivalent in another currency) during the Promotional Period.
2.2. For every US$20.00 deposited, the customer will receive 1 (one) ticket to enter the Promotion drawing.
2.3. Customers with VIP status, according to criteria defined by Avalon Broker on the platform itself, will receive double tickets for every US$20.00 deposited (that is, 2 tickets for every US$20.00).
2.4. Fractional deposits may be added together for ticket purposes, provided they total multiples of US$20.00 during the Promotional Period, according to the platform’s internal accounting rules.
3) Promotional ticket (deposit bonus)
3.1. By using the promotional code COPA100K at the time of deposit, the participant will receive a 100% bonus in balance, valid only once per registered identity document during the Promotional Period.
3.2. Avalon Broker may validate the proper use of the code (including eligibility, limit per identity document, and current bonus rules) and disregard improper use.
4) Prize
4.1. The Promotion prize will be paid to the winner as bonus balance (“Prize”), credited to the participant’s account on the platform.
4.2. The Prize may not be directly converted into cash, nor exchanged or transferred to third parties.
4.3. After meeting the requirements applicable to the bonus (for example, release/rollover/volume conditions, where applicable, as informed on the platform and/or under the current bonus rules), the winner may request withdrawal of the released amount, according to Avalon Broker’s withdrawal rules.
4.4. Each participant may be awarded only once.
5) Drawing and verification
5.1. The drawing will be conducted randomly and transparently, considering only participants who meet all the requirements of these rules.
5.2. The drawing will take place by June 18, 2026.
5.3. Avalon Broker reserves the right, before confirming the winner, to verify:
(i) the validity of the deposits;
(ii) the proper use of the promotional ticket;
(iii) VIP status (when applicable); and
(iv) registration compliance, including registered full name.
6) Winner notification and response deadline
6.1. The winner will be informed directly through Avalon Broker’s official channels (for example, email, platform, telephone, registered WhatsApp, etc.).
6.2. The winner must respond and provide the information requested for Prize validation and redemption within 10 (ten) calendar days from the first official contact.
6.3. Failure to respond within 10 days will result in disqualification, and Avalon Broker may conduct a new drawing to determine another eligible winner.
7) Deposits and withdrawals during the promotion
7.1. Deposits made during the Promotional Period are free for use and withdrawal at any time, with no mandatory link to participation in the Promotion, subject to the platform’s general rules.
7.2. The Prize paid as bonus balance will follow the bonus’s own rules, including any release and withdrawal requirements.
8) Disqualification and prohibited conduct
8.1. A participant will be disqualified if they:
do not have a registered name on the platform, or have invalid/incomplete registration;
do not comply with the deposit/ticket/VIP status rules under these regulations;
use fraudulent or abusive practices, multiple irregular registrations, attempt to manipulate the drawing, or violate any platform rules;
fail to provide the information necessary for Prize validation within the requested deadline;
fail to respond within 10 (ten) calendar days after official contact, as provided in clause 6.
9) Changes, suspension, or cancellation
9.1. Avalon Broker may suspend, change, or cancel the Promotion for operational, legal, regulatory, or force majeure reasons, without prior notice, communicating updates through its official channels when applicable.
9.2. In the event of a change, the rules published and in force on Avalon Broker’s official channels shall apply.
10) Acceptance
10.1. By participating in the Promotion, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
